It’s great to see the scaffolding now being dismantled at Ashworth Mansions!
Collins were delighted to have been invited back to Ashworth Mansions to undertake the external repairs and redecoration of the garden elevations to Blocks 6–10, following the successful completion of the structural and cosmetic entrance upgrade works to Blocks 1–5 in 2024.
We have worked closely with the client-appointed team to deliver these essential external improvements, helping to maintain and enhance the appearance of this impressive residential development.
Our works have included:
- Timber window and door repairs
- Replacement glazing
- Window replacements where necessary
- Replacement pigeon deterrents
- Masonry repairs
- Redecoration of all previously painted surfaces
As part of the works, the existing pigeon netting was removed to allow scaffolding to be erected within the lightwells. With the scaffolding now being dismantled, our abseiling team is back on site to reinstate the netting.
It’s fantastic to see the project progressing, and we look forward to sharing completion photos once the works are finished.
