Works have now begun and are progressing well at Moira Court with the specialist render (EWI pro system) to the external faces of the building now being applied.
The project will also include:
- Extensive masonry repairs
- General roof repairs, including new leadwork capping to the parapet walls
- Extension of the handrails to the external communal staircase to meet current height requirements and improve safety
- Window repairs & overhauls
- Full external redecoration
