Our external refurbishment works at Sunbury Lane are now complete.
This private residential development, located just a short walk from Battersea Park and Battersea Square, underwent a programme of specialist external works to enhance, repair and maintain the building’s exterior.
This project marks our third phase of works at the development, highlighting the continued partnership and confidence of our client.
This particular project presented additional logistical challenges due to the development’s close proximity to a school. Careful planning and coordination were essential to work safely around school drop-off and collection times, while ensuring appropriate safeguarding measures were in place to protect pupils and maintain a safe environment throughout the works.
We were also delighted to receive positive feedback from one of the residents, who acknowledged the hard work and efforts of our onsite team.
Our works included:
- Access scaffolding as required, with additional MEWP requirements where scaffolding was not required.
- External masonry repairs and remedial works.
- Installation of new slates to the rear pitched roofs.
- Replacement of existing roof coverings where old felt systems were present.
- Guttering repairs and replacements.
- Redecoration
