Collins have successfully completed works to 37-45 Kensington High Street. The works comprised of dilapidations and refurbishment to the second floor office space, as well as the full refurbishment of the ground floor reception of an occupied office block above retail units. AC replacement works were undertaken to the first and second office floors.
