Collins are delighted to be back onsite at Orpington Business Park, having been instructed to clear the existing tenant’s belongings in preparation for an incoming tenant.
The outgoing tenant left a range of furniture, equipment and general items within the unit, all of which needed to be removed to prepare the space for its next occupier.
Following the clearance, we will assess the extent of any making-good works required and work closely with the client to ensure the unit is ready for the incoming tenant to take ownership.
We have successfully completed several refurbishment projects within Orpington Business Park over the past few years and are pleased to continue our relationship with the client, supporting them in preparing the unit for its next phase.
