Scaffold has now been completed at our 60-61 Cheapside project following weekend out of hours appointments to minimise pedestrian disruption. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be commencing with the following:
M&E Validations along with disconnections in the main plant room to enable access to tight areas.
Introduction of metal cowls around the baseplates of the plant room. These are then to be dressed in a Renolit system to disperse water away from them as this has been targeted as a potential weak-point.
Introduction of a flashing detail to the edge surrounds to the roof.
Internal repairs and decorations.
