Works are well underway at this sought-after, purpose-built residential block, ideally located in the heart of Highgate Village.
We have successfully erected the scaffolding and fitted it with Collins traditional blue debris netting to ensure safety and containment.
We are continuing to make good progress with the timber and masonry repairs, and preparing all previously painted surfaces for decoration, in line with the agreed programme.
Further works are to include isolated repairs to roof tiles, application of a liquid overcoating system to the parapet gutter, repairs to balconies and service staircases, and the overhauling of rainwater and soil pipework in due course.
