Works are progressing well on this Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in Marylebone, where Collins has been appointed to undertake specialist enabling works ahead of the installation of a new lift.
Working closely alongside the client’s team, we are carefully stripping out and investigating the existing lift shaft before carrying out the necessary remedial works. All works are being undertaken in accordance with the structural engineer’s and lift designer’s specifications, ensuring the existing structure is suitably prepared for the new lift installation while respecting the character and fabric of this historic building.
