We are delighted to be commencing works this morning at 7 Loftus Road.
This large Victorian terraced building, subdivided into apartments, is located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush.
The proposed scope of works includes the refurbishment and repair of the front and rear elevations, alongside associated repairs to the roof areas. The works will comprise masonry repairs, window and joinery repairs, leadwork and liquid roofing repairs, followed by the redecoration of all previously painted surfaces.
