We’re pleased to announce that Collins has been appointed to undertake the main refurbishment works at this property in Manchester Square, a historic Georgian townhouse that has been converted into high-end office accommodation.
The project will involve the comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s internal spaces, alongside external maintenance, repairs and redecoration.
The works will be delivered within an occupied building, with the offices remaining operational throughout the project. Careful planning, coordination and communication will therefore be key to successfully delivering each phase while minimising disruption to the building’s occupants.
We’re particularly pleased to have been awarded the main refurbishment works following our involvement in the lift replacement project, which is now approaching completion.
