Works are progressing well at Albert Hall Mansions.
The scaffold has now been handed over to the North Elevation, allowing us to progress with the DOFF cleaning to this elevation.
Once the DOFF cleaning is completed, we will progress with the masonry repairs, timber repairs and the structural balcony works in accordance with the engineer’s requirements.
In parallel, we are continuing to progress the scaffolding onto the West Elevation and around the returning curve towards the South Elevation, allowing the works to follow in sequence.
The temporary roof is commencing on site today, providing protection and allowing the roof replacement works to be undertaken with confidence that no water ingress will occur during the works.
We look forward to sharing further updates and photographs of the completed scaffolding in the coming weeks.
