We’re pleased to share that the scaffold has now been dismantled at 36 Great Queen Street, marking a significant milestone in the project and showcasing the excellent progress made by the team on site.
Externally, the works have included:
- Masonry repairs, including the rebuilding of a failed stack
• Extensive timber window repairs
• Full external redecoration
• Flat roofing liquid repair work
• Overhauling of tiled and slated roofs
Internally, works are progressing well, with all First fix trades in the final stages, with the project moving into the reinstatement and closing-up phase.
