Works are nearing completion on two industrial units at Orpington Business Park.
Externally, the project is almost wrapped up, with roof repairs and liquid works now complete, and scaffold handover imminent. The only remaining item is the replacement of the lower-level damaged metal sheet panels once the scaffold is removed, and any low-level redecorating.
Inside, mechanical and electrical systems are currently being commissioned, decorating is in its final snagging stage, final cleaning is in progress and floor finishes are scheduled to begin next week.
