Works are progressing well on site at the Sekers Building on Sloane Street.
Scaffolding has now been erected to the rear fire escape staircase and fully enclosed with Monoflex sheeting. This allows us to safely carry out DOFF cleaning, remove all existing paint coatings, complete the necessary metalwork repairs, and undertake final redecoration.
Façade works are being carried out using cradle access to minimise disruption to the building and surrounding area. This process is being carefully managed, with pedestrian tunnels installed along Sloane Street and Harriet Street where required to ensure public safety.
We look forward to sharing more updates from site shortly.
