Works are progressing well at these industrial units, located less than 5 minutes from our offices.
To unit 7 – we have erected the scaffolding, introduced safety netting internally and are progressing with the roof cleaning & repairs, whilst carrying out the internal strip out, and electrical validations.
To unit 2 – scaffolding has been erected ready for the roof works to commence, we have stripped out the contents of the unit, disposing of over 10,000 boxes left by the previous tenant to enable us to progress with the dilapidation works in accordance with the client’s requirements.
