Our internal & external refurbishment works to this large high-end residential building in Wimbledon is now complete.
The 20 week project included a comprehensive range of works, including:
- Extensive masonry restorations.
- Balcony repairs.
- Timber and Crittall Window repairs.
- Fascia and Gutter replacements.
- Roofing repairs including overlaying liquid roofs.
- Complete external redecorations.
- Design, supply and installation of all emergency lighting and redecorations within the main communal stairwell and all rear fire escape stairwells.
