Our refurbishment and remedial works to 26 High Street, Winchester has just completed.
The project included external repairs and redecoration, giving the building a refreshed appearance while addressing essential maintenance requirements to the property.
Internally, our team safely removed the remaining asbestos-containing materials, while further works included the replacement of rear casement windows that had reached the end of their serviceable life and were beyond economical repair.
We also completed essential roof maintenance, making effective use of the scaffold already in place to provide safe and efficient access to the building.
With a tight programme from the outset, Collins mobilised on a reduced lead-in period and delivered the works through an accelerated programme to meet our client’s timescales.
The completed project has refreshed and improved the property, readying this prominent Winchester High Street unit for its next incoming tenant.
