Following the successful completion of our works at Moira Court in August 2024, we’re delighted to be returning to site to undertake a further phase of the external refurbishment programme.
Our works will comprise a general overhaul and repairs, including:
- Full access scaffolding
- Extensive masonry repairs including new rendering
- General roof repairs, including new leadwork capping to the parapet walls
- Extension of the handrails to the external communal staircase to meet current height requirements and improve safety
- Full external redecoration
It’s great to be invited back to Moira Court, and we’re looking forward to delivering another successful phase of improvements to the building.
