Having successfully completed the external repairs and maintenance programme at 27–30 Lime Street in April last year, we are pleased to have been invited back to undertake a 10-week CAT A & B refurbishment programme to the fourth floor.
Working within this Grade II Listed building, the refurbishment will carefully balance the requirements of a modern workplace with the character and fabric of the existing property.
Our scope of works includes:
- Internal strip-out, including ceilings, kitchen and mechanical & electrical elements.
- Plastering throughout.
- Installation of bespoke glazed and timber-slatted partitions.
- Installation of a new kitchenette.
- New flooring throughout.
- A/C system ventilation and grilles.
- Installation of acoustic barriers within the floor and ceiling voids.
- New fire alarm system.
- Overhaul of all windows.
- Installation of new metal-framed, plasterboard-lined ceilings.
- Complete internal redecoration throughout.
