Our second phase of external works at 139-142 North Street, Brighton are progressing well.
Our program remains on track with the following works currently underway:
– Scaffold erection complete to all elevations.
– DOFF clean complete to rears. Courtyard progressing this week
– Timber repairs to rear complete. Repairs to courtyard ongoing.
– Decorations to rear ongoing. Decorations prep to courtyard commenced.
– Masonry repairs to rear completed. Masonry repairs to courtyard commenced.
– Reling of box gutter (centaur) to commence next week
