Scaffolding is now complete at Moira Court, with the site ready for works to begin.
Investigation and scheduling are currently taking place, with works progressing subject to approval.
The project will include:
- Extensive masonry repairs, including replacement rendering
- General roof repairs, including new leadwork capping to the parapet walls
- Extension of the handrails to the external communal staircase to meet current height requirements and improve safety
- Window repairs & overhauls
- Full external redecoration
