Our external repair and refurbishment works at Parr Place continue to make good progress.
We have commenced specialist Repair Care timber repairs to the existing windows, carefully restoring damaged sections while retaining as much of the original timber as possible.
DOFF cleaning to the external stonework is also underway, helping to remove built-up dirt and staining while preserving the building’s original character.
Alongside these works, progress continues across the roofing elements as part of the wider external refurbishment programme.
