Our external repair and redecoration works at Fairhazel Mansions are now complete, following a comprehensive programme of refurbishment to this distinctive residential property.
The 18-week project included repairs to the façade brickwork, timber, roof repairs, rainwater repairs and full external redecorations, alongside the replacement of the main roof covering with a new Langley waterproofing system in accordance with the roofing specification.
The completed works have enhanced the building’s appearance, condition and long-term performance, whilst preserving its original character and ensuring Fairhazel Mansions remains protected and well-maintained for years to come.
