Collins recently returned to Heron Court, Lancaster Gate, following the completion of the 12-month defects liability period.
The building underwent a significant transformation as part of our refurbishment works, and we are delighted to see that it has retained its high-quality appearance over the past year.
Only a small number of minor defects required attention, reflecting the quality of the work delivered and the care taken throughout the project.
