Works are continuing to progress well on site at Manchester Square, with plenty happening across the project.
The scaffolding has now been fully erected, ready for works to commence to the external façades. This will allow the next phase of external works to get underway as we continue to progress the building’s extensive refurbishment.
Internally, we are carrying out the associated strip-out works as part of the office fit-out. Alongside this, installation of the new lift is also commencing this week, following the completion of the lift shaft structural works and associated enabling works.
With works progressing both internally and externally, there is a lot happening on site at the moment as we continue to move the project forward and progress through the various stages of the refurbishment.
