We have just commenced works at Sunbury Lane in Battersea, undertaking the external refurbishment to enhance and maintain the building’s exterior.
Collins will be focusing on enhancing and maintaining the building, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.
Our works will include:
- External masonry repairs and remedial works where required.
- Installation of new slates to the rear pitched roofs.
- Replacement of existing roof coverings where old felt systems are present.
- Guttering repairs and replacements where necessary.
- Accessing the remaining areas of the building via MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) where scaffolding is not in place.
