Collins have now returned to site following receipt of the green light to proceed with the remaining works.
The final phase includes damp-proofing to several flats, together with all necessary enabling and making-good works. Additional scope comprises the removal of existing patio finishes, the installation of Langley liquid waterproofing systems to terraces following long-awaited planning approval, and the renewal of two bespoke rooflights, including all associated making-good works upon completion.
We have been working closely with the property managers to coordinate access arrangements for the remaining works, with a focus on minimising disruption to all occupants while ensuring the private gardens remain fully accessible and enjoyable throughout the summer period.
We will continue to provide updates as works progress on site.
