Collins have been awarded the external re-roofing, repair and re-decoration works at Albert Hall Mansions.
Albert Hall Mansions is a Grade II Listed free standing residential block of flats constructed in 1879. The building comprises of a lower ground floor, upper ground floor and eight upper floors. The building is formed of solid brickwork with double pitched slate finished roof incorporating dormer windows under a main flat roof.
Our scope of works will involve providing scaffold to all 3 front elevations and a temporary roof to schedule and carry out the masonry repairs, sash window repairs, replacement glazing works, structural balcony repairs, roofing repairs, roofing replacement works and re-decoration of all previously painted finishes.
