As part of the external works to this property in Covent Garden, following the partial collapsing of the existing chimney stack, we were instructed by the client to rebuild the stack as necessary, replacing any damaged bricks, and fully repointing the stack and parapet walls as required.
Works are progressing well internally, the fit out of these residential and commercial units are coming along nicely, with most 1st fixing complete.
