Following the successful completion of previous units on this industrial estate, we were invited back to tender for further units and are delighted to have been awarded the contract.
The following works have now commenced onsite –
Pressure washing of roof surfaces, including metal sheets, PV panels, and roof lights.
Gutter linings installation – Delcote system.
Electrical works, including emergency lighting, external lighting, fire alarm system, and heating.
Mechanical works, including water supply, gas supply, and ventilation.
New carpet installation.
W/C fit-out works.
Complete internal and external redecoration works.
