As part of the ongoing roofing works at 47–49 Tudor Road, we are currently progressing with balcony refurbishment works.
This involves removal of the existing balcony decking, stripping back to the underlying base and treating with a new protective liquid coating and insulation to ensure improved durability and waterproofing.
Following the coating works, new high-quality composite decking will be installed to reinstate the balcony areas. This upgrade will provide a refreshed finish, enhanced weather resistance, and improved long-term performance.
