Our internal refurbishment works at 44 Pont Street are now underway, with the basement flat undergoing a comprehensive transformation and full interior upgrade.
The scope of works includes:
- Complete strip-out back to the base build.

- New MF ceilings throughout.
- Plaster repairs and reskimming of walls where required.
- Full replacement of the electrical and heating systems.
- Installation of new engineered timber flooring throughout.
- New joinery throughout, including bespoke cabinetry and wardrobes.
- Replacement bathrooms.
- Installation of secondary glazing.
- Bespoke kitchen installation.
- Complete internal redecoration throughout.
- Minor associated external works.
