Collins have been instructed to undertake essential remedial works to the rear elevation of Spring Gardens Court, which is located within a conservation area just off Vauxhall Walk, towards Albert Embankment.
The scope of works includes the installation of scaffold access to the rear elevation balconies. This will enable the redesign and installation of an improved drainage system, along with associated repairs and redecoration to the balconies and their supporting steelwork.
While access is in place, we will also carry out a detailed inspection of the adjacent brickwork and complete any necessary repairs identified within this area.
