Following the completion of the 12-month Defects Liability Period, Collins returned to site with the Contract Administrator to undertake the final inspection.
Since handover, Tesco has successfully occupied and operated the store, and we are pleased to report that no defects were identified. This outcome reflects the quality, durability, and attention to detail delivered by the project team throughout every stage of the project, from inception through to completion.
The project involved the transformation of an existing commercial unit into a modern retail space ready for occupation by the incoming tenant.
Our works to the property included:
- Complete internal strip-out and refurbishment to reconfigure the building for its new purpose.
- Associated external resurfacing, landscaping and boundary works.
- Construction of a single-storey extension & associated fit out works.
The successful completion of the Defects Liability Period marks the final milestone of this project, providing further assurance of the quality of the works delivered.
For more information on the works undertaken here, see link Sandham House, Alternatively, we would be pleased to share a detailed case study upon request.
