Collins have commenced overnight works on a 20-week internal redecoration project at the Financial Conduct Authority offices in Stratford.
Working overnight to minimise disruption to the building’s day-to-day operations, our specialist team will undertake a carefully phased programme of decorating works across multiple floors within the multi-storey high-rise offices. The project will include the full refresh of internal office spaces, circulation areas, welfare facilities and communal environments, whilst ensuring the offices remain fully functional throughout the duration of the contract.
With a strong focus on planning, logistics and communication, Collins will coordinate works closely with the onsite management team to ensure seamless progress throughout the programme while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and cleanliness. Operating within a live commercial environment, the works demand meticulous organisation and careful scheduling to ensure each phase is delivered efficiently and with minimal impact on building users.
The refreshed interiors will help create a brighter, more modern working environment that reflects the professional standards and operational excellence of the FCA. By utilising high-quality, durable finishes suited to high-traffic commercial environments, the project will not only enhance the overall appearance of the workspace but also support the long-term upkeep and presentation of the building.
We look forward to sharing further updates from site as the project progresses over the coming months.
