The scaffolding has now been successfully erected at our Westminster Mansions site. The installation of the scaffold provides safe and secure access for our team, allowing the external refurbishment works to this residential mansion block to commence efficiently. Our external repairs and redecorations project to this characterful red-brick mansion block in Hampstead has just commenced. Works to the 18 week project will include: Roof replacement using Langley Felt system. New cast iron gutters and downpipes. Timber window resin repairs. Masonry restorations. Works are progressing well on site at the Sekers Building on Sloane Street. Scaffolding has now been erected to the rear fire escape staircase and fully enclosed with Monoflex sheeting.
