Blocks 3 & 5 at Bickenhall Mansions are now coming to a close; we have begun striking the scaffold, working our way down the building signing off all works undertaken including the roofing, masonry, timber repairs, decorating, window replacement, rainwater good replacements & railing repairs. We will then be finalising any left-over repairs within the basement lightwell ready to install the new resin flooring.
At Blocks 6 & 8 we have completed all timber repairs with our decorators following on behind them who have made good progress. The masonry is nearly complete with some final terracotta works to finish this element. Half of the roof works have been carried out with some final inspections before finalising the extent of repairs/replacements to the remaining roof.
Works to Blocks 4 & 2 are about to commence; the scaffold will start being erected in the next couple of weeks and the same process will follow as the previous phases.
