Works are progressing well here at 44 Pont Street.
We are actively progressing with 1st fix trades, including plumbing and electrical works, followed by the closure of all pipework and cabling with new ceilings and plastering, in accordance with the clients proposed layouts.
We are now actively undertaking the floor-levelling works and commencing the second-fix carpentry.
The bespoke kitchen has been ordered, with the drawings now approved and production underway.
The secondary glazing has also been templated and is now being manufactured to suit the existing window openings.
We are working closely with the client’s team to finalise and refine the remaining finishes, ensuring everything is aligned with the target completion date.
