Collins are pleased to be commencing works at 3 Elmers End, London SE20, this week.
The project will involve carrying out the necessary structural repairs, together with the health and safety improvement works identified within the Structural Engineer’s Report and the Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments.
Over the planned 8-week programme, Collins will be undertaking the following works:
- Underpinning to the entrance staircase using a Geopolymer Resin System.
- Rebuilding of the brick boundary wall.
- Localised render repairs.
- Jet washing and associated drainage repair works.
- External redecoration upon completion of the structural works.
Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to residents and neighbouring properties throughout the duration of the works.
