With the scaffold now removed from the front elevation, the transformation of the property is clear to see. The elegant new aluminium slimline double-glazed windows enhance the building’s character while delivering the comfort and energy efficiency expected of a modern building. Carefully selected to replace the original Crittall style windows, they preserve the property’s timeless appearance without compromising on performance.
As works progressed to the rear elevation, further investigations, undertaken with the client’s approval, revealed significant hidden defects within the existing brickwork. Rather than concealing the problem, our team carried out the necessary structural repairs, including the partial rebuilding of sections of the rear elevation in full accordance with the structural engineer’s specifications.
