Works are progressing well at our residential refurbishment project on this private road in Muswell Hill, with the site now fully established and the programme moving forward in line with schedule.
The access scaffold, including the cantilevered section adjoining the neighbouring property, has now been fully erected, providing safe access to all elevations. Window repairs have been successfully completed, with the team now focused on the roof and masonry repair works. Roof cleaning is also underway, while preparations continue for the replacement of the fascias and gutters and the external redecoration phase later in the programme.
The refurbishment has been carefully planned to protect the building fabric, address areas of deterioration, and enhance the property’s appearance and long-term performance of this charming residential block.
