Works continue at 99 Kensington High Street as we near completion and handover of two of the six staircases. At the same time, refurbishment works are progressing well within the next two stair cores, maintaining momentum across the project.
The project requires meticulous planning and sequencing as we work systematically through each stair core while maintaining safe means of escape to every floor of this iconic landmark building.
This transformation comprises extensive redecoration works, tile repairs, restoration of the original brass handrails throughout, replacement of the copper-lined light windows, and a complete upgrade of the electrical services.
The finished result will provide these spaces with a refreshed identity while preserving the character and heritage of the building.
We look forward to progressing the remaining phases and delivering the same high standard of quality throughout the project.
