Following the departure of Accessorize, Collins has been appointed to carry out the external repairs and redecoration, to prepare this property for its new incoming tenant.
Alongside the external refurbishment, our team is safely removing any remaining asbestos-containing materials within the unit, replacing the rear casement windows, which have reached the end of their serviceable life and are beyond economical repair, and carrying out essential roof maintenance while the scaffold provides safe and efficient access.
With time of the essence, we mobilised to site on a reduced lead-in period and have implemented an accelerated programme of works to meet our client’s timescales.
