Our external repairs and redecorations project to this characterful red-brick mansion block in Hampstead has just commenced. Works to the 18 week project will include: Roof replacement using Langley Felt system. New cast iron gutters and downpipes. Timber window resin repairs. Masonry restorations. Complete redecorations to all previously decorated surfaces. Further projects updates coming soon.
Works are progressing well on site at the Sekers Building on Sloane Street. Scaffolding has now been erected to the rear fire escape staircase and fully enclosed with Monoflex sheeting. This allows us to safely carry out DOFF cleaning, remove all existing paint coatings, complete the necessary metalwork repairs, and undertake final redecoration. Façade works…
