Works are progressing well onsite; We are continuing the installation of the ceiling sub grid in preparation for the new MF ceilings, introducing fire lining to the structural steel columns and beams, installing new drainage runs in the basement and laying the blockwork walls to divide the units. Look out for more updates shortly.
The strip out and reinstatement works are almost complete to this riverside restaurant located in Bedford. Collins have been refurbishing this fire damaged property, which will become a Tapas restaurant. Look out for completed photos coming soon.
