Works are progressing well onsite; We are continuing with the installation of ceiling grids in preparation of the new mf ceilings, introducing fire lining to the structural steel columns and beams, installing the new drainage routes in the basement and laying the blockwork walls to divide the units. The strip out and reinstatement works are almost complete to this riverside restaurant located in Bedford. Collins have been refurbishing this fire damaged property, which will become a Tapas restaurant. Look out for completed photos coming soon.
At 96 Queensway, the new roof is now complete, and the temporary roof can be removed. We are progressing well with reconstructing the new floors in accordance with the engineer’s design, ready for the M&E and fit out works to begin. We shall continue to share updates as works progress.
Works are progressing well in Erith, the strip out has been completed, the electrical installation is nearly complete and the decorations are well underway.
