Collins are currently undertaking the external repair and redecoration works to this large Grade II Listed building.
This project includes the following:
- Full access scaffolding including support columns due to the historic pavement vaults beneath
- Roof repairs
- Timber repairs
- Façade / masonry repairs
- Full external redecorations
Walmar House is prominently positioned on Regent Street and provides both Retail and Office Spaces. Situated on one of London’s busiest streets, in the heart of Central London it occupies a full city block from Great Castle Street to Margaret Street.
Originally the building was constructed in phases between 1916 and 1922 and was partly demolished (rear) to create a new core whilst retaining and restoring the original façade in late 2014.
