The cladding remediation works at The Waterfront are now complete, and as the scaffold is gradually struck away, the transformation is finally being revealed.
This project saw the careful replacement and reinstatement of over 1,200 cladding panels, each installed on a like-for-like basis to maintain the original design and layout while delivering a fully remediated façade.
It has been a challenging journey, requiring meticulous planning, coordination, and attention to detail at every stage. Every obstacle presented an opportunity to demonstrate the team’s expertise and commitment, and the finished result is something everyone involved can be proud of.
