Essential remedial works to the rear elevation of Spring Gardens Court, near Albert Embankment, are now underway.
The existing durbar plates have been removed, and surface rust to the balconies has been stripped back to allow for a full inspection of the underlying structure. The area is now ready for preparation works to ensure it is brought to a suitable condition for the installation of new durbar plates, complete with an integrated drip detail.
