Our works are progressing well to the roof area at Senator House; we are carrying out the investigation of various roof leaks and the associated application of an insurances backed liquid applied waterproofing system to several roof areas.
Works also include:
- Removal of existing timber planters to flat roof terrace area
- Removal of existing decking and substrate to flat roof terrace area
- Removal of existing insulation to flat roof terrace area
- Application of Triflex liquid coating to flat roof area
- Complete roof repair works
